Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 338 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 338 platform.
These terms apply to all users, whether unregistered visitors or members with an active account. 338 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this document at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using 338, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 338 reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time.
Account Registration and Security
To make full use of the services offered by 338, users must register a valid account. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended without notice. 338 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. - Only one account is permitted per individual.
- Your password must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone.
- Profile information must be kept up to date whenever changes occur.
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
338 users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted on this platform comply with the laws applicable in their place of residence. 338 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform in jurisdictions where such activities may be prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Manipulating the system, cheating, or any form of fraud that affects game outcomes.
- Processing fraudulent transactions or attempting to launder money through your account.
- Disrupting or negatively affecting other users' experience on the platform.
- Abusing promotions, offers, or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
- Sharing account credentials or using another person's account.
338 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 338 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users will not be charged any currency conversion fees. Supported payment methods include FPX (online bank transfer) and Touch 'n Go eWallet, with additional methods subject to addition from time to time.
Before any withdrawal is processed, users are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals will only be approved to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. 338 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete or if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- Minimum deposit: RM10 for FPX and TNG eWallet.
- Deposit processing time: typically between 1 and 15 minutes depending on the method.
- Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once the request has been verified.
- 338 is not liable for delays caused by banking systems or third parties.
Any attempt to process payments using unauthorised methods, or using a credit card or third-party account, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
338 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from technical errors or cyberattacks. To the extent permitted by law, 338 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform — including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 338 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 338 or parties that have licensed it to 338. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 338.
Third-Party Links
The 338 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. Such links are provided for convenience only. 338 does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
338 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. Where an account is terminated due to a violation, the account balance may be withheld while an investigation is carried out.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 338 support team via email. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.
Changes to These Terms
338 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Users who continue to use the platform after changes are published are deemed to have accepted the amended terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 338 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction in Malaysia.
